Mike Rowe laments the decline of the skilled working class in this multimedia tribute to camera dollies and guys who smoke
There would be nothing wrong with this video if it wasn’t for the narration. IN reality its a video of some nice white gentlemen going on a ride sponsored by Honda, Icon and a bunch of other companies. However the narration adds so much pretense and bullshit to the video that it’s unwatchable.
A man with a degree in psychology, and a beard, and a 3/4 helmet fixes broken lives and makes already shitty bikes less rideable. A true humanitarian.
Bunch of slow motions shots while some guy does his best to rip off “Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance” in the voice over. This is a common theme in a lot of these vids, rehash what Robert M. Pirsig said, pass it off as original thought.
“When you leave the bar”
This one is a Harley ad disguised as a hipster video. Harley know their target market (people who like dressing up in costumes more than they like riding) and are now gunning for the bearded, plaid wearing white boys.
Highlights include: very fancy footwear and “discovered the ipod hookup”,
Someone’s dad or trust fund is paying for these people to make videos and sell t-shirts or something.
“Most of us ride pretty aggressively” *rides over speedbump*
Another idiot with one of the most boring bikes Honda ever made talking about how much he loves “old school” bonus stupid haircut included.
“They’re called freedom machines for a reason” baaaahahahah yeah I’m gonna give these guys my money.
